CASE 01 · PAKISTAN · 2025

MG Fitness
Full ERP. A sales desk. Then grow the machines across Pakistan.
DigiAce did not decorate a catalog. We built the company system behind the floor — then stayed to make the business move.
HOW TO READ THIS
A machine brand is not a photo.
It is stock, a quote, a truck, and a name that still means something after install.
THE FLOOR
Pakistan already wanted the machines.
Home gyms. Commercial clubs. Dealers who can fill a room if the stock is real. MG Fitness had the product. What it did not have was a company system that could keep up with the demand it was trying to grow.
THE MESS
Stock lived in chats. Prices lived in heads.
A treadmill sold twice. A dealer quoted a number the showroom had never seen. Follow-ups sat in personal phones. Growth without a spine is just a louder version of the same leak.
THE JOB
Build the company, not another brochure.
DigiAce did not arrive to post pretty machines. We built the ERP, sat with the sales desk, and stayed to grow the business across Pakistan — so the brand could move like one house.
THE THREE ROOMS
WHAT WE
ACTUALLY BUILT.
01
FULL ERP
One spine for the company.
Catalog, stock, purchase, dealers, delivery, and service in one place. The WhatsApp thread stopped being the warehouse.
- SKU and machine catalog with photos that match the floor
- Warehouse truth — what is in, what is promised, what is late
- Dealer and showroom accounts, not a folder of chats
- Purchase to delivery as one ticket, not three notebooks
- After-sales so a broken belt does not vanish into a personal phone
02
SALES DESK
Quote to close on the same list.
Showroom and field stop inventing prices. Follow-ups live on the desk. A warm lead does not die because someone changed phones.
- One price list the floor and the field both open
- Quote, follow-up, close — assigned, dated, visible
- Showroom walk-ins and city inquiries in one pipeline
- Dealer orders that already know the stock
03
PAKISTAN GROWTH
A company that can travel.
New cities do not get a new spreadsheet. The catalog, the inquiry, and the close all report to the same system — so growth is not more chaos.
- A brand floor people recognise before they hear a pitch
- Inquiries that land in sales, not a personal inbox
- A catalog that can be shown in Karachi, Lahore, or a dealer town
- Work that compounds: every sale teaches the next one
THE FLOOR
EIGHT MACHINES.
ONE MARK.
Cardio, studio, strength. One catalog the showroom and the dealer can open. Click a machine. Read it like a buyer would.

MG-T80 · CARDIO
Gym floor / showroom
Commercial Treadmill
The machine a commercial floor can leave on all day.
Wide belt, upright console, side rails you can trust when the room is full. Built for gyms, hotels, and the showroom that has to look like a gym.
FOR
Commercial clubs, hotel wellness, dealer floors
A MACHINE'S LIFE
From SKU to service.
Not from post to hope.
01
CATALOG
Every machine gets a SKU, a photo, a room, and a price the whole company can open.
02
STOCK
Warehouse says what is actually there. Promised units stop being a guess.
03
INQUIRY
A buyer in another city hits the same desk as a walk-in. Nobody owns the lead in private.
04
QUOTE
The sales list is the only list. The close does not wait for someone to 'confirm from the shop'.
05
DELIVER
Order, dispatch, install — one ticket. The machine leaves with a name, not a rumour.
06
SERVICE
After-sales comes back into the system. A belt, a bike, a bench — still MG Fitness after the sale.
BEFORE
- Catalog in someone's camera roll
- Stock as a group chat
- A different price depending on who answered
- Leads dying in personal WhatsApp
- New city = new notebook
AFTER
- One machine floor the brand can show
- Warehouse truth the sales desk can trust
- One list from quote to close
- Inquiries that stay with the company
- Pakistan growth on the same spine
WHAT THIS TAUGHT US
“A country is not a campaign. It is a desk that still works when the next city calls.”
DigiAce stays on the growth side after the ERP is live. The next move is not another tool. It is the same spine, used harder.
